Product Description

The glass cloth produced in our country is divided into two categories: alkali-free and medium-alkali. Most of the foreign products are E-GLASS alkali-free glass cloth. Glass cloth is mainly used in the production of various electrical insulation laminates, printed circuit boards. Medium-alkali glass cloth is mainly used in the production of coated packaging cloth, as well as for corrosive environments. The characteristics of the fabric are determined by fiber properties, warp and weft density, yarn structure, and weaving pattern. Warp and weft density are further determined by yarn structure and weaving pattern. The combination of warp and weft density along with yarn structure determines the physical properties of the fabric, such as weight, thickness, and tensile strength.

There are five basic weaving patterns: plain weave (similar to a checkerboard pattern), twill weave (typically +-45 degrees), satin weave (similar to one-way fabric), leno weave (main weaving method for glass fiber mesh fabric), and matt weave (similar to Oxford cloth).

These products are widely used in insulation and heat preservation of household appliances such as filters, barbecue grills, ovens, electric ovens, and microwave oven wall panels.
