The main component of the mat is silica dioxide. It is produced by high-temperature melting, followed by either blowing or spinning to create fibers. These fibers are then processed into felt layers through secondary processing. The material exhibits a low thermal conductivity and possesses properties such as insulation, seismic resistance, insulation, and sound absorption. 

Applications

It finds extensive applications in household appliances such as barbecue grills, fireplaces, ovens, electric ovens, microwave ovens, and induction cookers for thermal insulation purposes.
