Product Descriptions


It is a type of insulation material, composed of tidal inorganic fiber powder and a vacuum-protected surface layer. It effectively prevents heat transfer caused by air convection, thus significantly reducing the thermal conductivity. The conventional thermal conductivity is 0.035-0.045W/m·K, which can save energy by 10%-30% and increase effective volume by 20%-30%. Using this insulation material extends the insulation period and reduces energy loss.


It can be fabricated with aluminum foil, aluglass cloth or fiberglass fabric based on requirements.

Applications:
It is frequently employed in industries where space is constrained, such as cold chain logistics, medical packaging and transport, fire prevention and insulation, household appliances, and beyond.

1.  Consumer appliance thermal insulation. Used as insulation pad or liner  in household appliances such as barbecue grills, fireplaces, ovens, electric ovens, microwave ovens, induction cookers, coffee machines, toasters, electric kettles, water dispensers, sterilizers, pancake makers, griddles, deep fryers, and other home appliance wall panels requiring insulation and thermal retention.  It is also used as hair straightener thermal insulation
