Product Description

Ceramic fiber blankets/aluminum silicate needle blankets

Ceramic fiber blankets/aluminum silicate needle blankets are white in color and come in complete sizes and specifications.

They are made of high-quality and high-grade kaolin calcined electrofused wire. They are all produced from first-grade raw materials, ensuring the price advantage of the product.

Our ceramic fiber  blankets can still maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used for a long time in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres.

Temperature resistance is 950-1400

Features:

1.        Excellent chemical stability;

2.        Excellent thermal stability;

3.        Excellent tensile strength;

4.        Low thermal conductivity;

5.        Low heat capacity;

6.     Excellent sound absorption and noise reduction performance.

Applications:

Used for high-temperature thermal insulation in such industries as aerospace, steel, petrochemicals, and electric power;

1.         Equipment fire protection and heat insulation;

2.         Wall lining and backing insulation of industrial kilns and heating devices;

3.         Thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment;

4.         High temperature pipeline insulation;

5.         Electrical components are insulated and fireproof;

6.         High temperature gasket;

7.         Inorganic fire-proof rolling shutter door fire-resistant layer;
