Product Description

The sound-absorbing elastomeric foam utilizes cutting-edge domestic and international technologies along with advanced fully automated continuous production lines. The foam is crafted using high-performance and exceptional rubber, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) as the primary materials. These are complemented by various auxiliary materials and undergo a special process, including foaming, to create a versatile insulation material with both rigid and flexible properties, designed for thermal insulation and energy conservation purposes.

The thermal conductivity of the insulation foam is low, at 0.034 W/m·K. It can be widely used in various industries such as air conditioning, construction, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, textiles, metallurgy, shipbuilding, automotive, and electronics. It can effectively reduce heat and cold losses in various types of pipelines and containers, achieving an efficient reduction in thermal energy loss.
